To post your own messages in NewsReactor, first select the group where you want to post to group in the group list. Then click the post button on the toolbar, or, alternatively, choose the Post Message entry in the Item menu. This is what you'll see:
Fill the message fields, if you wish, and then write your message below the Keywords field. To post the message, simply click the Post! button.
